SHIPPING INFORMATION
-As we are not open everyday on regular basis orders may take few days to fulfil and get posted, if you are in a hurry to receive a parcel please don't hesitate in contacting us to make sure it will arrive on time.
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once the order is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
We are making sure that every kaleidoscope is leaving our workshop in the best condition. If for some reason there is a problem with the product or you just changed your mind we will gladly replace/refund it within 30 days of your purchase (please retain your proof of purchase). All you need to do is contact us via emai to notify us and post the kaleidoscope inside it's box with registered post back to our workshop.
